Price/Performance Connectivity
Now the small and home office market can have LAN connectivity at an affordable price with the Compaq 10Base-T Unmanaged Hubs. Models include
the HB1110 (5 RJ-45 ports w/1 uplink port), HB1111 (8 RJ-45 ports w/1 uplink port, 1 fixed BNC port), and the HB1112 (16 RJ-45 ports w/1 uplink port, 1
fixed BNC port, and 1 fixed AUI port).
Simple LAN Configuration
Compaq 10Base-T Unmanaged Hubs can be linked together in a simple LAN configuration through the uplink port without configuration software or
switches. The Compaq HB1110 offers connectivity in medium and large businesses by creating mini LANs in areas where users have two or more
peripheral devices in their private offices.
Flexible Configuration
The Compaq HB1111 and HB1112 offer flexible configuration optionsthe HB1111 has a fixed BNC port and the HB1112 has 1 fixed BNC and 1 fixed AUI
portfor backbone connections to existing 10Base-2 and 10Base-5 LANs. The HB1112 auto-senses between the BNC and AUI portsthe AUI port will
take precedence if both are connected.

Multi-coloured LEDs indicate the hubs' overall status including power, link, collision, port partition, and port traffic.
Network Utilization Monitor
The network utilization monitor indicates the network's performance for easy management and troubleshooting. It is designed to monitor and keep a hub
operating near maximum efficiency.
