The Compaq PDC/O5000 is a two to six node mid to high end cluster
certified on Oracle Parallel Server 9i Real Application Cluster
running Windows NT 2000, Windows NT 2000 Advanced Server, Windows NT
2000 DataCenter all with Service Pack 2.
Support for FC-AL SAN (4 servers max) and Fabric SAN (6 servers max)
*Important*: All servers whether they are identical or mixed in the
PDC/O5000 must have identical configuration as to memory, System ROM,
and same type and number of processors.
Supports the MA8000 and EMA12000 StorageWorks Fibre Channel Storage
Systems; (multi-loop).
Supports the RA8000 and ESA12000 Storageworks Fibre Channel Storage
Systems; (multi-loop).
Selected Compaq ProLiant servers. (See Below)
Supported by Compaq Fibre Channel Switches, Hubs, and interconnect
devices.
*Note: *Enterprise Backup Solution is not supported in this version of
PDC O/5000.

*Minimum Requirements*:
Mixed server models are supported but should have identical hardware
configurations. See www site for which models can be mixed.
Each server must be configured with at least two NICs.
If more than two servers are configured, FC Switches must be
configured.

Teaming options include TLB, Transmit Load Balancing (formerly
Adaptive Load Balancing), and SLB, Switch Assisted Load Balancing,

SAN connection requires 100Mb or Ethernet Gigaswitch (like NC5422)
Switch configuration is required for more than 2 nodes.
